Tribal Court

The Robinson Rancheria Tribal Court was created by Tribal Ordinance No. 2009-06-03, exercises general civil jurisdiction over Tribal citizens and persons who have consented to Tribal jurisdiction, either expressly or implicitly by entering Robinson Rancheria lands or engaging in contractual relations with the Tribe.

The Tribal Court is open Monday - Thursday

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Closed for lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch

Hearings will be held the first Thursday of each month.

All members of the public are expected to sign in and pass through the security checkpoint upon entering the building, no exceptions. The security checkpoint consists of passing through a metal detector as well as a thorough search of your belongings you may have on you. Arrive early for all scheduled court matters, as the security process can take some time
